04 / The Vision

WE DON'T JUST TEACH CHILDREN TO BAKE. WE HELP THEM DISCOVER WHAT THEY CAN DO.

In Pierce County, the challenge is not a lack of potential in our young people. It is the need for more accessible opportunities to discover and develop that potential.

Junior Bakers Club responds with a simple but powerful idea: make learning hands-on, welcoming, and exciting. A measuring cup becomes a math lesson. Rising dough becomes a science experiment. Sharing a kitchen becomes an exercise in teamwork and leadership.

Through free programming and community partnerships, The Archetype Foundation aims to help bridge the gap between the end of the school day and the opportunities every child deserves.

ACCESS Reduce cost barriers to enrichment.
ENGAGEMENT Inspire curiosity through hands-on learning.
DEVELOPMENT Practice academic, social, and practical skills.
